Our rental home is a great place for families to come and spend time together in this beautiful community.
This is a breathtaking setting with our home located right on the 9th green. You can sit and relax on the back patio which has a great view of the fountain, golf course and pool.
You are able to access the Madera Club House, Pro Shop, swimming pool, tennis courts and athletic center with just a couple minute walk. The rooms are fully furnished with plenty of sleeping arrangements to accommodate your entire family,
We also allow house broken pets. For those that want to take a day off from golfing, there are many attractions nearby,
You can visit the historic town of Tuba. This town is filled with art galleries, shops and even has a spa for those that need to get pampered.

The Quail Creek Grill and Lounge is the perfect place to relax and meet your friends and neighbors for a casual meal or drinks after a round of golf.

Deposit required: $200 or 15% of the
total rental, whichever is greater.
Deposit requested within 10 days of confirmation. First Month
Payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
If reservation made within 30 days of arrival then full payment
required for the first month.
For Cancellations received within 60 days of the start of the rental
the deposit is non-refundable unless the requested rental space is
rebooked.
For multiple month rentals payment for the 2nd and subsequent months
are due prior to the start of each subsequent month of the rental.
$200.00 - Refundable if unit is in same condition as when rental started.
Unless otherwise noted rates include Electricity, Gas, Cable TV, Telephone (local Calls), Internet, Water, and waste management.
