We have decorated the home with a Southwestern theme in mind.
So be our guest! all you need to do it back your bag and move on
in! If you need anything else the next door neighbor will help

$200 or 15% of the total rental, whichever is greater.
Deposit requested within 10 days of confirmation.
First Month Payment required 30 days prior to arrival. If
reservation made within 30 days of arrival then full payment
required for the first month.
For Cancellations received within 60 days of the start of the
rental the deposit is non-refundable unless the requested rental
space is rebooked.
For multiple month rentals payment for the 2nd and subsequent
months are due prior to the start of each subsequent month of the
rental.
$125 - “Refundable” if our home is left in good condition
